This is Hobby Grade RC (Remove controlable) Vehicles Store, No such eligibility is required to enjoy your RC adventures.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• RCwithCurly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud or misuse.

1.3Products & Services

RCwithCurly sells radio-controlled (RC) vehicles, parts, and accessories, including pre-loved/used RC machines. All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

1.4Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices may change at any time without notice.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (see our Payment & COD Policy for full details).
• We do not store your card or payment details.

1.5Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

1.6Shipping, Returns & Warranty

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.

SALEAnniversary Sale — Special Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply only to products clearly designated as part of the RC With Curly Anniversary Sale and do not change the normal order policy for unrelated products.

Stock availability and fulfilment

All Anniversary Sale orders are subject to stock availability. If an ordered product is unavailable, our team will notify the customer. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Backorder deliveries

Products explicitly marked “Available on Backorder” will be delivered within 28 working days, subject to the applicable delivery conditions.

Customer-requested cancellations

Where permitted by applicable consumer protection law and appropriate to the circumstances, a 5% cancellation charge may apply. It is calculated only on the product subtotal of the Anniversary Sale item or items being cancelled, excluding shipping, taxes and additional fees. Any deduction will be explained before the refund is processed and will not be silently deducted. No cancellation charge applies when RC With Curly cannot fulfil the order because of stock unavailability.

Unboxing evidence for delivery claims

For missing, damaged or incorrect-product claims, customers should provide a clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package and complete opening process. This evidence assists investigation and does not remove any statutory consumer remedy.
