On this page

RCwithCurly is committed to providing high-quality radio-controlled (RC) vehicles, parts, and accessories. RC products are hobby-grade and require skill, supervision, and responsible use. Please read this safety policy carefully before purchase or use.

6.1Age & Supervision

  • RC products are recommended for individuals aged 14 years and above.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when operating RC vehicles.

6.2Proper Usage

  • Do not operate RC vehicles near roads, crowded areas, or water bodies.
  • Always follow manufacturer instructions for charging, battery use, and maintenance.
  • Wear protective gear (gloves, goggles) when necessary, especially for high-speed vehicles.

6.3LiPo / Battery Charging Safety

  • Use only recommended batteries and chargers supplied with or specified for the product.
  • Always charge LiPo batteries on a fire-resistant surface (e.g. a LiPo-safe bag or ceramic surface) and never leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Do not overcharge, puncture, crush, or short-circuit batteries.
  • Do not expose batteries to fire, water, or extreme heat.
  • Allow batteries to cool to room temperature after use before charging.
  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from flammable materials.
  • Dispose of damaged or swollen batteries immediately and safely — do not attempt to charge or use them.

6.4Product Modifications

  • Unauthorized modifications (custom tuning, non-genuine parts, re-wiring, etc.) may void your warranty and increase the risk of accidents or fire.
  • Always consult official manuals before performing any modifications.

6.5Liability

RCwithCurly is not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, fire, or misuse arising from operation of RC products or improper battery handling. Customers are solely responsible for safe operation and following all safety guidelines in this policy and the manufacturer’s manual.

6.6Environmental Responsibility

  • Dispose of batteries and electronics according to local e-waste regulations.
  • Do not litter or operate RC vehicles in environmentally sensitive areas.
