Shipping & Delivery Policy

From order confirmation to delivery at your door.

At RCwithCurly, we strive to deliver your RC vehicles, parts, and accessories quickly and safely.

3.1Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier partners to ensure timely, safe delivery. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and courier rates.

3.2Serviceability

We currently ship across serviceable pin codes within India. Serviceability for a given address is confirmed at checkout based on courier partner coverage. [Add COD-specific serviceability note if COD isn’t available everywhere.]

3.3Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (or advance payment confirmation for COD orders — see Payment & COD Policy).
  • Processing time may increase during peak sale periods.

3.4Delivery Timeline

  • Standard shipping: 10–15 business days within India
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances

3.5Shipping Charges

  • Calculated automatically at checkout
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (as advertised on the website)

3.6Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, we provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can monitor status through the courier’s tracking portal.

3.7Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order is returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. For COD orders, any advance payment collected is non-refundable if delivery fails due to the customer’s refusal or unavailability — see Payment & COD Policy.

3.8Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (unboxing video required — see Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy)
  • We will initiate a replacement or refund per our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

3.9International Shipping

Currently, RCwithCurly ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in future; policies and charges will be updated accordingly.
